This Heavy Duty Shade Sail, crafted in New Zealand, boasts a fixed size and durability akin to our bespoke commercial counterparts. Its design features webbing seamlessly integrated into the sail's hem, ensuring enhanced strength and longevity. The reinforced webbing edge and contoured sides guarantee a snug fit and elegant flight, minimizing excessive movement upon installation.
Fabricated with Monotec 370 fabric, it comes with a 15-year UV warranty and webbing incorporated within hems. Offering a UVR block ranging from 84.1% to 88.5% depending on the chosen color, its complete technical specifications are available upon request.
Bound with PTFE thread, the stitching ensures longevity matching the fabric's lifespan, resistant to deterioration, bursting, or breaking even under harsh outdoor conditions.
Featuring SS316 Stainless Steel D-rings on all corners, this marine-grade steel, complemented by double-layered webbing, boasts high rust resistance and a polished finish.
The measurements are based on the D-ring at each corner and exclude tensioners or fixtures. These measurements reflect the sail's size before stretching or tensioning. For optimal results, we recommend using a turnbuckle tensioner at each corner, though additional hardware like shackles or turnbuckles is not included. When installed, shade sail will stretch 3.5% from its nominated measurements.
Proudly made in New Zealand using a combination of local and imported components, with a lead time of three working days. As all shade sails are custom-made, a 30% restocking fee applies to returns of Maxx Series shade sails.
